Hello Friends,
Quantum Real Estate Management, LLC has been walking in the CF Great Strides Walk for over 38 years. When we began, the average life expectancy of a CF child was under 16 years old. At our first walk, our son, Danny, was only 4 years old.
Sadly, in December 2025, at the age of 41 years old, Danny lost his battle with cystic Fibrosis. Because of the research and advances made by the CF Foundation, we are very fortunate that he lived many years beyond what was expected and experienced many life-changing moments he never dreamed would happen.
Although there is still no cure for cystic Fibrosis, the remarkable medical advancements funded by Great Strides research have resulted in significantly extending the lives of CF patients. team of young adults fighting CF every day, and he will be remembered as a true warrior.
Today, we walk in Danny's honor and continue our mission to keep walking until a cure is found for all with cystic Fibrosis.
The dollars we raise will be put directly into medical research to make this all possible.
Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
Every person born with cystic Fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. While progress has been made, a long road lies ahead for far too many people fighting this terrible disease. We need a cure so that everyone with CF has a better chance of living a long, healthy life.
Will you help us end cystic Fibrosis?
By walking and/or donating with Team Quantum, you have the power to advance the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF.
