There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. I’m hiking to help change that reality.

CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.

My two younger sisters live with CF.  They are proof that research and fundraising has changed theirs lives for the better.  Life expectancy when they were born was very young, having children of their own was not likely, every breath was a struggle.  Here we are years down the road, they both live active, happy lives with children of their own.  None of this would have been possible without the strides that have been made to fight Cystic Fibrosis.  But we still need a cure.  Their children deserve to have their moms around for a long time.  Help me find a cure.  I will hike until my feet fall off to raise money.  I want to earn it, I want to feel the struggle, I don't want it to be as easy for me.  I can't take their struggles away from their lives and how this disease has impacted them but I can put in the work to earn this contribution from you.  Please help me help my family and all those who live with CF.

Will you help us end cystic fibrosis?

By donating to my fundraising goal, you have the power to advance the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF.
