This year, I am walking in remembrance of my CF friend, Jen (Pictured at Right in profile pic). We lost her to CF related complications in July of 2023. She had been one of my greatest friends in the fight against CF for over 30 years. I want to raise the most that I ever have, in her name.

What is Cystic Fibrosis?
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a complex, expensive, and time-consuming disease caused by a defective gene that produces thick, sticky mucus in the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. In the lungs, mucus clogs the airways and traps bacteria, leading to infections, extensive lung damage, and respiratory failure
