I am walking once again in the 2025 Great Strides walk for Cystic Fibrosis at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Saturday, May 17th in support of my nephew Charlie.

Charlie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis within hours of birth 13 years ago. With the love and care of his amazing parents and team of doctors, Charlie continues to do well.

CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.

Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. While progress has been made, a long road lies ahead for far too many people fighting this terrible disease. We need a cure so that everyone with CF has a better chance to live a long, healthy life.

While there have been incredible strides in treatment, there is still no cure. I am raising funds to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in their research to find a cure for CF and improve the lives of those living with this disease. Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference.

Please consider contributing to this vital cause. Together, we can bring hope to the CF community and help fund the research that will lead to a brighter, heathier future.

Thank you for your generosity and support!
