A big part of my heart belongs to a little girl who works every day for the health that many children enjoy effortlessly. While we are profoundly grateful for the medical advancements that have improved her quality of life, we recognize that there is still a long journey ahead. Many with cystic fibrosis have not responded well to newer medications or are not candidates for them, and therefore continue to suffer. The future remains uncertain, but what we can control is our dedication to fundraising to support research efforts to find a cure for this devastating disease.
