Hello my name is Liam.
I was born May 20th weighing 4lbs5oz and I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 3days old.
I fought to get better so my mommy could take me home. I've only had one hospital stay so far but I take my medicine everyday to help me stay strong.
I'd like it if you could donate to help fight CF but even just your support is enough for me.
