Smokies GT began almost by accident when a few Porsche GT3 owners decided to take a mountain drive. What started as a simple drive grew into a weekend event, and now, 10 years later, our group has expanded to over 1100 GT owners from across the United States and even Canada. Our spring event is limited to 135 Porsche GTs, with attendees from all over the U.S. and a few from Europe.
 
Despite our growth, Smokies GT remains an informal, family-like group that brings together like-minded individuals who often form lifelong friendships. Our spring events typically feature track days, mountain drives through Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

Since its beginning, Smokies GT has raised over $3,000,000 for charity. We are committed to continuing our efforts to support communities and causes, making a positive impact wherever we can.
