This year, the Atlanta Great Strides Walk for Cystic Fibrosis is on May 17th. We have been fundraising for the CF Foundation for 37+ years. Whether you have donated once or support us every year, we appreciate you and your generosity.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation continues to do excellent work. Many cystic fibrosis patients benefit from the latest research and developments. Drew’s physical health has improved during the almost 4 years she has been on TRIKAFTA. Unfortunately, her mental/brain health has been greatly impacted by the medication. The side effects are poorly understood since the medication is young, but Drew's bloodwork continues to yield several abnormalities—many which are critical to mood, cognition, and mental health. How does one choose between physical health and mental health?
As Drew and her doctors discuss making the difficult decision to discontinue TRIKAFTA, it is our hope that new research will provide answers for Drew and many others who are still in need of a miracle.

Updates on Drew
- Drew broke her leg in three places last June. The healing process has been an ordeal. The doctors have yet to determine a plan of action. Her advice: Don’t trust Amazon reviews!
