What a difference 23 years makes! When Hayden was diagnosed with CF, the life the doctor described was one filled with medicines, breathing treatments, and annual hospitalization for a “tune-up”. We were told his life expectancy was in his mid-30’s. To say the least, it was hard to imagine a future where Hayden would be healthy enough to go off to college.

Yet here we are today! Hayden graduated from Georgia Tech with a 4.0 and is completing his master degree in Economics. These amazing accomplishments have been possible thanks to the CF Foundation and its donors. CF Foundation funding has allowed the discovery of ground-breaking new treatments.
