He’s a loving husband, a friend, and someone who is determined to live life to the fullest despite the challenges of CF.
 

CF used to be considered a pediatric disease because so few people lived into adulthood. Back in 1959, the median age of survival was just 6 months. But thanks to groundbreaking advancements in medicine, the median age of survival today is 61 years for those born between 2019 and 2023. This is called "the best story in medicine." But it’s not over yet — progress is at risk due to funding cuts to the FDA and NIH, which could slow down critical research and support for those living with CF.
