When our daughter Pia was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at just 9 days old, everything changed for us. That is when Pia Posse began, a community built on love, strength, and the determination to fight for her future.

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. It makes everyday things like breathing and staying healthy much harder. But through it all, we have seen just how strong people with CF truly are, and how powerful a supportive community can be.

We have come a long way because of research, advocates, and people who care enough to help. But there is still more to do. Too many lives are still cut short, and we want to be part of changing that.

We walk for Pia, our little warrior, and for everyone living with CF who deserves a longer, healthier life.
