Cystic fibrosis has been a large part of my life for the last 43 years. Because of newer medications like Trikafta, my health is more stable than it’s ever been, and I’m so grateful for that. But CF is still a lifelong, unpredictable disease. It still affects my lungs, my energy, my time, and a lot of the decisions I make every day. And I’m one of the lucky ones! There are so many people with CF who are still fighting much harder battles.

There is no cure for cystic fibrosis. Too many people are still getting sicker, spending hours on treatments, and facing a lot of uncertainty about the future. That’s why I’m walking this year . I want to be part of moving things forward, not just for me, but for everyone affected by CF.
