We invite you to take part in Great Strides by joining West’s team because you are a valued member of West’s village. We have been so fortunate to see how much hope there is for those with cystic fibrosis. West has benefitted immensely from break throughs in modulator treatment. He has never been hospitalized, was the first infant to begin kalydeco in Texas, and continues to thrive with daily trikafta & breathing treatments. Our reality with CF is that it takes effort and work but the outcome is a happy & healthy toddler which is not the case for every family. 1 in 10 parents not only get the devastating CF diagnosis but also find out their child is not eligible for modulator treatment.
While the CF Foundation has made incredible progress, not everyone with CF can benefit from existing therapies and we still need a cure. This will require time, funding, and persistence – but with you on our team – we are ready to go the distance.
