Hi all, it is time for Colton’s Crusade to get to work!! This year I have decided to take the month of April to create a small sense of urgency, for Colton. You see April 9th, is Colton’s birthday… and without a cure I cannot guarantee how many he will be cheated of…but as his Mama I will do everything I can to help find a cure. It’s important that he see me not only be involved in his CF fight, but that he becomes his own voice in this journey as he grows. Will you join him in this years CF Walk? Showing up can look like many things to him, in person walking, fundraising, being a sponsor for our 2025 Walk, donating for the silent auction, donating food/drinks for the event, sharing his story, as well as donating directly to Colton’s Crusade.
There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. I’m walking to help change that reality.
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. While progress has been made, a long road lies ahead for far too many people fighting this terrible disease. We need a cure so that Colton, and everyone with CF has a better chance to live a long, healthy life.
Will you help us end cystic fibrosis?
By donating to my fundraising goal, you have the power to advance the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF.
