This Sunday, we’re walking for someone incredibly special — our brave, joyful, and unstoppable 8-year-old, James Alexander. James lives with cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease that affects his lungs and digestive system. But more importantly, James lives with so much heart.

Every day, James tackles challenges most of us can’t see — from hours of treatments to taking dozens of medications — all while keeping his infectious smile and boundless energy. He loves superheroes, baseball, and cars. To us, though, he’s the real superhero.

We walk for James. We walk for a future where CF stands for Cure Found. And we walk with hope, love, and determination, knowing that every step brings us closer to that day.
