Hi, my name is Adam Boswell.

I was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis shortly after my first birthday. Now, at 31 years old, I'm living a full and active life-married to my amazing wife Kim and recently welcomed our beautiful baby girl, McKenna, into the world.

I work as a PE teacher and football coach in Loudoun County, and I also run my own online health and fitness coaching business, Performance 1st. Staying active, disciplined, and persistent has always been at the heart of my story-and it's what has helped me face the challenges that come with CF.

There have definitely been ups and downs, but I've been incredibly blessed with a strong support system of family and friends who have helped me overcome every obstacle.

I'm participating in Great Strides to help raise awareness and funds to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's mission to find a cure. Your support means the world-not just to me, but to so many others living with CF.
