A few fun facts to begin…

1.Quincy will be 5 years old this year.

2.He has been taking Trikafta for 2 years this June.

3.This is our team’s 4th year walking to raise funds to find a cure for CF.

Life is an uncertain journey, even more so a life living with a genetic illness. However above all the uncertainty, this year my husband and I have felt relief. Relief that our beautiful boy is thriving on trikafta at just 4years old. One of the youngest CF fighters in the world. We also feel pure joy and immeasurable gratitude to all who have help make that possible. 

This year, our Great Strides team is so excited to announce that Quincy’s Nan will be able to join us. She is flying all the way from Australia especially to walk with us in this very special event.

To celebrate Quincy’s stability over the past two years and his Australian family finally being able to join us, Team Quincy is setting the intention to focus in on and truly celebrate our team! Our amazing friends and family who have been with Ross, myself, Quincy and his little sister Indi Rose, since Q’s diagnosis is 2021. 

Whether you are close to us still or have moved away from New York, you are always here with us on this walk! We thank you and love you all.

If you can join us again to walk this year please do! If you are unable to, there is always next year! or the next! Because Team Quincy will NOT stop walking or fundraising until there is a cure for all CF fighters.
