Thanks for stopping by my page. There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. I’m walking and fundraising, along with my family and many friends to help change that reality.
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. While progress has been made, a long road lies ahead for far too many people fighting this terrible disease. For Reid I have been able to witness first hand in our 16 yrs. of life what the medical research has been able to do for him. I rememeber when he was young being very sick, very often and in and out of the hospital. In 2021 he began taking what he and his family call a miracle drug, Trikafta which has allowed Reid to have experienced exceptional health over these past few years. While Reid has been able to feel better and do more things with his improved health, we need a cure so that everyone with CF has a better chance to live a long, healthy life.

Hi Everyone, As most of you were probably expecting, it's officially lemonade stand season!!! This will be our 14th year running the lemonade stand which is pretty exciting as Reid and I were born July 14th just 16 years ago! For those who don't know I have a friend named Reid (my birthday twin 07/14/09) who has a disease called Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis is a disease that affects your lungs creating a hard time breathing and other problems. Every year since we were born we have been participating in the yearly Cystic Fibrosis walk to help raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and since I was 3 we have been holding a lemonade stand at West Auto to also benefit the foundation. All proceeds we make go directly to the foundation which goes to help fund research to find a cure for this disease, as sadly there is no cure yet. This year we will be holding our lemonade stand on Sunday May 3rd from 10:30-3:30 at West Auto Repair located at 30 Pleasant St in Dunstable. I hope you all can stop by! Due to your immense support and generosity my goal each year keeps getting bigger and bigger and this year my goal is to raise $4800! I appreciate each and every one of you and I am so grateful I get to continue supporting this cause all thanks to your generosity. Hopefully this year we will be one step closer to making CF stand for Cure Found! Thank you all again, Sophia
