This year, our theme for Molly’s Moxie Crew is “Making Lemonade.” 🍋

If we’re being honest, this past year with cystic fibrosis felt like a lot. The cup didn’t just feel full—it felt like it was overflowing at times. There were hard days, heavy moments, and seasons that stretched us more than we expected.

But this is what we keep coming back to:
Even when life hands us lemons—the bitter, the unexpected, the overwhelming—we get to choose what we do with them.

So this year, we’re choosing to make lemonade.

We’re choosing to find sweetness in the middle of hard things.
We’re choosing joy, even when it doesn’t come easy.
We’re choosing hope, resilience, and a whole lot of moxie.

Cystic fibrosis may be part of our story, but it doesn’t get to define it.
