I’m hiking in hopes to help change the reality that there is currently no cure for Cystic Fibrosis. My 8-year old daughter, Finley, lives with CF, so this is my primary reason that I'm involved with this fundraiser in support of the disease. My other reasons are every other person living with CF.
It just so happens that I truly enjoy hiking too, and so combining the inspiration Finley naturally provides me along with my other friends and family with direct ties to CF who continue to inspire me, I have all the fuel and motivation I need while taking to the trails.

By fundraising/participating in Xtreme Hike, I feel that I'm contributing to the advancement of the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF!!
