My 8-year old daughter Finley is a super outgoing kiddo who enjoys singing, playing dress-up, and a newfound love of competing in soccer. Finley is diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.
I am hiking to help change the sad reality that there is currently no cure for CF, so Fin is naturally my primary reason that I'm involved with this fundraiser in support of the disease. My other reasons are every other person living with CF.
It just so happens that I truly enjoy hiking too, and so combining the inspiration Finley naturally provides me along with my other friends and family with direct ties to CF who continue to inspire me, I have all the fuel and motivation I need while taking to the trails.
