Great Strides Story

It’s that time of year again, we will be walking for cystic fibrosis and for my niece Sydney, who deals with this disease every single day of her life.

She will be turning 23 this year and also completing her 1st year of teaching! She has done amazing things with her life and her community speaking about her life with CF as a student athlete .There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. I’m walking to help change that reality and to give Syd more Tomorrows!!


CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
