Hiii as some of you know I was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at 6 months old & been kicking ass ever since. As of today there is no cure for cystic fibrosis & im walking to help change that reality & soon CF will stand for cure found.

CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.

Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. I am lucky enough to live my life just like any other person + a few extra steps to help me get through my day.

We have a breakthrough medicine that just came out that actually helps correct the gene & brings my lung function up. I was lucky enough to get on that as others can not. While they made progress there is still a fight ahead of us for many people fighting this battle. We need a cure so that everyone with CF has a better chance to live a long, healthy life.
