It's time for the CF Great Strides walk again, and my annual appeal for donations!  The walk is scheduled for Saturday, May 16th, and while we won’t be able to attend this year, Team Charlie is still hoping to be a Top-5 Fundraiser.

I walk for Charlie, the son of my friend of 40+ years, Alicia.  You’ll be happy to hear that Charlie has been doing amazingly well, thanks to your support over the years.  He is 16 years old and is a sophomore in high school.  He runs on the Cross Country and Track and Field teams.  He is also a member of his church youth group.  Charlie loves life, and he lives it to the fullest!  
 

Your generosity to Team Charlie over the years has contributed to the development of new medications that are really impacting people with CF.  Private donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation are the primary funding source for research, and your donations have resulted in research that is making a great and direct impact on Charlie's life.  The road to a cure is still long, but you’re getting us closer each year.
