Jon Chernak
On May 18, 2025, the Chernak Family will be participating in our 42nd CYSTIC FIBROSIS (CF) “Great Strides” as a way to help kids (and adults) who have inherited this disease. We have been blessed with three healthy children and feel very privileged to be able to take this opportunity to advocate for those less fortunate.
When our family started fundraising in 1983 the average life expectancy was under 20 years. Because of people like YOU, we have seen tremendous advancements in research, care, and treatments that have extended lives and redefined what it means to live with CF. Incredibly, in 2023, the life expectancy for people born with CF is now 53!
By donating to my fundraising goal, you have the power to advance the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF.
Thank you for your consideration - every little bit helps! If you feel you can support this effort at this time, you can either:
