Pax was born with Cystic Fibrosis (CF), a genetic condisiton that turns his body's natural mucus thick and sticky. This mucus traps bacteria, causing chronic infections and making every breath a struggle. It also affects the gut, blocking vital digestive enzymes, making it hard to absorb nutrients and grow. 

Every day, Pax spends hours undergoing chest physiotherapy and taking various medications just to stay healthy.
