We invite you to take part in Great Strides by joining the H2Crew team to end cystic fibrosis. By walking with us, you’ll enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Tri-Cities and see the important impact we are making together.
While CFF has made incredible progress, not everyone with cystic fibrosis can benefit from existing therapies and we still need a cure. This will require time, funding, and persistence – but with you on our team – we are ready to go the distance.

Our team is committed to helping every person with CF to live a long and healthy life. If as few as 40 people can donate $25, we will meet our goal, and H2C will match it up to $1,000!
