Right now, there is no cure for cystic fibrosis, and that means too many people with CF don’t get the chance to live long, healthy lives. That’s not okay — and that’s why I’m walking. I’m walking to help change this reality.
 

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease that seriously affects the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. It makes breathing difficult and causes potentially life-threatening infections that can slowly damage the lungs. Things most of us take for granted — like breathing easily or staying healthy — are daily battles for people with CF.
 

Every person with cystic fibrosis has a different journey, but they all face challenges that no one should have to go through. While medical progress has been made, it’s not enough. Too many families are still waiting, hoping, and fighting for a cure.
