All good story's come with happy endings. Im still fighting for my happy ending. Next year ill celebrate my 40th birthday. I have had 3 healthy babies that do Not have CF but are carriers of the gene. I still have my original lungs but have had stable low lung function for about 5 years since I started trikafta in 2020. Everyday is a different struggle to breathe, weather its caring for myself, my family, my friendships, Cub Scout den, my boys soccer, my daily lung therapy, doctors appointments in Spokane, my mental health, my crafts, and putting in the fight to survive another day. I pray that my happy ending reveals the cure for this disease and those who are still fighting.
