This fall, I am taking on the incredible challenge of running the Berlin Marathon to raise funds and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disorder that affects the lungs and digestive system of tens of thousands of people worldwide. This run will be my 10th marathon and 4th Abbott World Major Marathon. This cause is deeply personal to me, and I am honored to dedicate every mile of training and race day to my husband's closest friend and godfather of my daughter, Steve Hall, and all others who fight this disease every day. Through this fundraising endeavor, I hope to support critical research, treatment advancements, and provide resources for families affected by Cystic Fibrosis.
Every step I take in Berlin will be with purpose—and with your support, we can help bring hope and progress to this resilient community.
