Join Our National Team to Cure Cystic Fibrosis!

We invite you to join our national team at Great Strides, CF Cycle for Life, Xtreme Hike, Breathe Team, and many other events! As a National Team, we are making a real difference by raising awareness about cystic fibrosis and raising funds to support the Foundation’s mission to find a cure. A National Team is any team that participates in three or more events.

These events offer fun-filled days where you can help advance the care and research needed to cure cystic fibrosis. By joining us, you’ll not only experience camaraderie and plenty of laughter, but also contribute to the meaningful impact we are making together.

While the CF Foundation has made incredible progress, not everyone with CF can benefit from existing therapies and we still need a cure. This will require time, funding, and persistence – but with you on our team – we are ready to go the distance.
