Walk with our team to Cure Cystic Fibrosis
Fundraising for Blue Ridge Great Strides 2026
Team Caylee
Caylee has been living with cystic fibrosis since the day she was born. CF is a lifelong genetic disease that affects the lungs, digestive system, and so many parts of everyday life. It's something she didn't choose, but something she has had to fight every single day.
Living with CF means daily medications, daily breathing treatments, enzymes with meals and snacks, sinus infections, doctor visits, checkups, blood work, x-rays, and always trying to stay ahead of sickness. Something as simple as a cold can turn into something much bigger for someone with CF. It also means a lot of worry, a lot of planning, and a lot of hoping and praying for good health.
But Caylee is so much more than Cystic Fibrosis. She is strong, brave, funny, loved, and full of life. She faces things most people never see, and she does it with more strength than I could ever explain.
Right now, there is still no cure for cystic fibrosis. Fundraising over the years has helped make life-changing and life-saving research, treatments, and medications possible. Because of that research, people with CF are living longer, healthier lives than ever before - but there is still more work to do.
That's why we raise money. We raise money for Caylee's future. We raise money for better treatments, more research, and the hope that one day no child or family will have to live with the weight of cystic fibrosis.
Every donation, every share, and every bit of support truly matters. We are walking, fundraising, and fighting for Caylee and others with CF - and for the hope that one day CF will stand for Cure Found.
