Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a rare, genetic disorder that causes a buildup of thick, sticky mucus in organs like the lungs and pancreas. This leads to severe respiratory issues, chronic lung infections, and difficulties with digestion. For the more than 40,000 children and adults living with CF in the United States, daily life involves a rigorous treatment climb—often requiring hours of nebulizers and airway clearance therapies just to breathe. Despite these challenges, the CF community is defined by incredible resilience and a drive to find a cure.
This is more than just a walk or a fundraiser; it’s a chance for us to channel our collective energy into something truly transformative! We’re inviting every one of you to bring your passion and your "positive vibrations" to this team.
