Cape Town Marathon

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is proud to be a charity partner of the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon, a prestigious world-class race held in Cape Town, South Africa, which is a candidate to become Africa's first Abbott World Marathon Majors event. This announcement will be made in the Fall of 2025, so this is your chance to run a world major in it's first year!
It's known for its scenic route, passing iconic landmarks and offering a mix of ocean views and mountain vistas. The marathon is a Gold Label Road Race and attracts a diverse range of runners, from elite athletes to social runners.

By joining the Breathe Team and committing to fundraise a minimum of $2,500, runners will gain guaranteed entry to the race with no registration fee, a Breathe Team shirt to run in, fundraising support, access to our certified running coaches, the chance to connect with other participants running for the same cause, and the opportunity to earn additional incentives by raising over your fundraising minimum.

Email kpowell@cff.org to sign up today and make memories to last a lifetime!
