Reece’s Monkeys
"Reece's Monkeys" is a group composed of people personally touched by cystic fibrosis-whether through a child, nephew, friend, cousin, or acquaintance. This connection drives us to do everything we can to help find a cure for CF as quickly as possible. The group is named for Reece who lives with CF.
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a progressive, genetic disease that primarily affects the lungs and digestive system. Those living with CF face tremendous challenges, including frequent hospital stays, ongoing complications, and daily treatment routines that can take several hours. Even with the incredible advancements made in recent years, many children and adults with CF still face the harsh reality of a shortened life expectancy.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is leading the charge in advancing research, improving treatments, and working toward a cure.
On September 12, 2026, we will walk the streets of Charlotte NC to spread awareness and to raise critical funding for CF research. Please consider making a donation to help us reach our team's fundraising goal. We would greatly appreciate your support!
