There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis. I’m walking to help change that reality — for my daughters, and for every family living with this disease.
Both of our girls, Meryl (7) and Simone (13 months), were born with cystic fibrosis. This genetic disease affects the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs, making it difficult to breathe, digest food, and fight off infections.
Every person with CF experiences it differently, and while our girls are full of life, strength, and joy, CF is a daily part of their story. The truth is, we wouldn’t have the care, medications, and hope we do today without the support of people like you — people who fund research, push science forward, and believe in a future free of CF.
The breakthroughs that have already changed the trajectory for many with CF — including our own daughters — are only possible because of continued investment in research and treatment. But there’s still a long road ahead.
Will you help us keep fighting?
By donating to my fundraising goal, you are helping accelerate the search for a cure, improve treatment options, and ensure every person with CF — including Meryl and Simone — has the best possible chance at a long, healthy life.
Thank you for standing with Mighty Meryl and Strong Simone — and with every family still fighting.
