Team shirts will feature the design shown on a grey shirt. Orders placed by 12:00 PM on Sunday, 4/19 will be $25 for adults and $20 for kids, and these shirts will be ready before the walk. Any orders placed after 4/19 are not guaranteed to arrive in time for the event and will increase to $28 for adults and $22 for kids. A portion of each shirt sold will be donated on behalf of the team. No shirt purchase or donation is required. We simply hope you’ll join us in supporting Maverick and walking for a cure for CF. If the question comes up: purple is recommended only for those with CF to help others keep a safe distance. We invite you to take part in Great Strides by joining our team. We promise, you belong here! This event promises to be a fun-filled day where you can help advance the care and research needed to cure cystic fibrosis. By walking with us, you’ll enjoy not only the natural camaraderie (yes, lots of laughter!), but the important impact we are making together.
While the CF Foundation has made incredible progress, not everyone with CF can benefit from existing therapies and we still need a cure. This will require time, funding, and persistence – but with you on our team – we are ready to go the distance.

Welcome to the Miles for Maverick team page! We are excited you are here. The walk is coming up on May 9th at Sloan's Lake. Check in opens at 9am and the kick off for the walk begins at 10am. We will have a canopy and table set up, feel free to bring a lawn chair to join us. Strollers, bikes or scooters are encouraged for those with littles walking. Please feel free to join us however you choose even if it is only hanging out with us at the tent. We look forward to seeing you!
