Finding out that my youngest aunt was expecting last year was one of the most exciting moments. At the same time, it was heartbreaking to learn that sweet Miss Jewlz would be born with cystic fibrosis (CF).

From the very beginning, it’s been an emotional journey filled with both highs and lows. Through it all, she’s had an incredible support system that’s been committed to learning everything that comes with CF. We’ve learned about her medications, her daily routines, and all the little things we can do to help her grow and thrive.

I wouldn’t change a single thing because Miss Jewlz has already taught us so much about strength, resilience, and unconditional love. That’s why I’m so excited to take part in this walk/run. It means so much to me to support her, raise awareness for CF, and help make a difference for her and everyone else living with this disease.

There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis, and too many people with CF lose their lives far too young. Every person living with CF has a unique journey, but they all deserve the chance to live a long, healthy life. That’s why this cause is so important to me.
