We are walking with and for Hazel! She is a strong (now 16 year old!) who we've been so proud to watch grow and thrive, despite her cystic fibrosis diagnosis at birth.
The advances in treatments and medications have made all the difference for her. We walk to continue those steps forward and to show our support for her and her family.
