Meet Donovan 💙✨
At just 2 years old, Donovan has already faced more battles than most will in a lifetime. Born with a life-threatening birth defect called gastroschisis, he spent 11 weeks in the NICU, underwent 7 surgeries, and received 2 blood transfusionsbefore he could finally come home. Not long after, he was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) — a genetic, life-shortening disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs.
Through it all, Donovan has shown he’s a fighter. His journey with CF is just beginning, and while there are many challenges ahead, there’s also hope. Hope for better treatments, longer lives, and one day — a cure.
In Donovan’s honor, I’m taking on the challenge of hiking 23+ miles across the Grand Canyon to raise awareness and funds for Cystic Fibrosis research. Because if this little warrior can conquer so much, I can certainly take on this canyon for him.
💙 Every donation helps fuel the research and science needed to bring us closer to a cure. Help us turn CF into Cure Found.
Please help me with this Xtreme Hike Challenge and donate today in Donovan’s honor.
It would be so appreciated, thank you!
Larry
