Every year (or really most days) I love to share my WHY 💜 My main why has been gone for almost 11 years, the grief of my loss is never linear. Some days I can think of my memories of Cole with a smile on my face, but other days I struggle to not cry. You see my WHY may be gone but he left a legacy of kind acts and a fire to find a cure! As the years have passed my WHY has morphed into helping find a cure, in Cole’s memory, for all the amazing families I have met (and haven’t met) who also deal with this terrible disease.
This year we will be doing an incredible giveaway with the help of some amazing authors! So all my bookish peeps need to enter just by donating!!
Starting this Thursday Sept. 18th you will be able to donate to my fundraising page or to my Venmo! This will last until Wednesday Oct. 1st with winners announced Thursday Oct. 2nd.
To enter this giveaway all you need to do is donate! For every $5 donated you will get 1 entry, there is no limit to your donation 💜
We are on a pursuit of a cure for cf to bring more tomorrows. YOUR donations help scientists find new medicines to help cf patients fight until a cure is found! Donations also go to supply grants for the cf community!!

There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. I’m walking to help change that reality.
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. While progress has been made, a long road lies ahead for far too many people fighting this terrible disease. We need a cure so that everyone with CF has a better chance to live a long, healthy life.
