We walk to raise awareness about CF. When Evie was born 11 years ago, her family did not know what Cystic Fibrosis was or how it affects the fighters and their families. The CF foundation has fundraisers for research into new treatments and programs that help CF families.
The CF foundation is looking for a cure for CF. As Jehovahs Witnesses we believe that cure will come in God's promised new world, a paradise on Earth, where sickness and pain and death will be gone. (Isa. 33:24, Rev. 21:3,4)
This is the hope we hold dear and work to tell others about every other weekend of the year.
