Our 2025 shirts are LIVE! This year's design was inspired by Kinley being 'salty'. CF patients have salty sweat because a genetic mutation disrupts the function of the CFTR protein, leading to a build-up of chloride (salt) in sweat, which is then excreted onto the skin.
