My Great Strides Story
Nina Rundle
Nina Rundle
I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at a very early age of 6 months old. Through the years I had been in and out of hospitals receiving IV antibiotics for frequent infections. I did remain relatively healthy for many years, and was blessed to have my son Marcus, who is now 14 years old. When Marcus was 4 years old, I was put on the lung transplant list and just a few months later was given a second chance at life. I had a double lung transplant on November 26, 2014 at the age of 29. I have been very blessed since then to be healthy and back to living a normal life with my family. I just recently celebrated 10 years since my lung transplant.
I would like to invite you to join my team or make a donation to help me raise money towards a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. My Team goal this year is to reach $5,000.
