Jameson is a rambunctious 4 year old that refuses to let Cystic Fibrosis slow him down. We were not prepared for this journey but we keep placing one foot in front of the other as we walk this path. 
 

Jameson was born with several health issues that we were prepared for but we were not prepared for the call at two weeks old saying he was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. We spent a lot of time in prayer, denial, anger and tears of the next few weeks. 
 

The support of family and friends helped us come to terms with our son’s future. Our University of Kentucky team reached out to us quickly and had us in the office within a few days. Through the care team and the CF foundation we can now see how bright his future is. 

The CF foundation has many avenues that they use to help cf families. We are grateful for all the services they offer and we will do our best to support the foundation with our Mountain Climbers team. 
 

Jameson has had 3 surgeries and many smaller procedures in his short life and we know the future will be trying. He relies on many medications and treatments every day. Some days are harder than others, as he is now of the age to get frustrated with treatments. Our care team and the foundation have provided his school with materials to feel prepared to handle his care during school. The foundation brings all aspects of his life together and allows us, his parents, the ability to breathe. We know that the teachers and caregivers that have our boy when we are at work are all prepared because of the time and dedication the foundation has put into creating knowledgeable information for everyone. 
 

With all of the support around us we know his future is bright.
