This will be the 16th walk we do in Angel’s honor at Zoo Miami on 3/15/2026 at 8am.
Angel Calzadilla lost his fight to this terrible disease in 2/2011 but he did not let CF define him. He was an outstanding police officer and committed to his family and friends. You could always count on him to help you and enjoy a good laugh with him. His zest for enjoying every minute of life was incredible. Please help us raise money in his name. Thank you all for always supporting us.
There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young.
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
