My CF Cycle for Life Story
Fundraising for New Jersey CF Cycle for Life
Adrianne Moe
My wonderful husband, John, lives with cystic fibrosis every day. Thanks to incredible advancements in science and treatment, John is not only living with this disease but he is thriving as a loving and devoted father to our daughter, Seneca.
There is still no cure for cystic fibrosis, but the progress made so far has given families like ours more time, more hope, and more precious moments together. I'm cycling to help change the future for John and for everyone living with CF.
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. It makes it difficult to breathe and fight off life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure. Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey, and while treatments have improved, far too many still face an uncertain future. We need a cure - so every person with CF has the chance to live a long, full life.
By donating to my fundraising goal, you are helping advance the research and science that has already given families like ours so much.
