At Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), our Great Strides team walks for the children and families we have the privilege to care for every day. Our patients inspire us, motivate us, and remind us why the fight against cystic fibrosis matters so deeply.

We participate in Great Strides because we truly love our patients and want to do everything we can to help advance care, research, and ultimately find a cure for CF. This walk is more than a fundraiser – it’s a celebration of strength, resilience, and the incredible CF community that surrounds our families.
We look forward to seeing our patients at the walk, alongside their parents, siblings, care givers, and the broader CF community. There is something powerful about coming together outside the hospital walls to support a shared mission and cheer one another on.

While tremendous progress has been made, not everyone with CF benefits from current therapies, and a cure is still needed. By walking with us, you are helping move us closer to that goal – step by step.
