Ms Mini Arceneaux

Shandra Arceneaux (Mini) is an adult living with cystic fibrosis and a proud mother of two amazing children: her 15-year-old daughter, Natalie, and her 4-year-old son, Liam. Shandra holds a Texas Board certification in cosmetology, recently took up baking as a new hobby, and is launching an online clothing store. In her free time, she enjoys creating content for Instagram (@da_ms_mini) and TikTok (@msmini_86).

Over the years, Shandra has participated in several Great Strides walks. This fight is deeply personal. Tragically, Shandra’s brother, who also had CF, was taken from their mother at a young age. Because cystic fibrosis is uncommon in the African American community, his symptoms were misunderstood, and it was falsely assumed that their mother was neglecting him.

There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis, and too many people die young. We are walking to change that reality. CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs and vital organs. By donating, you have the power to make a difference. Thank you for your support, and please follow my journey
