My Great Strides Story

It starts with a diagnosis no parent is prepared to hear.
Cystic Fibrosis can be detected in the first weeks of life. One day, a newborn is swaddled in love and promise and the next, their family is plunged into a lifetime of medications, breathing treatments, and uncertainty. For babies born with CF like Margot, even their earliest breaths can be a struggle.
In addition to lullabies and swaddling, parents learn to measure enzymes, manage a medication regime, and master chest physiotherapy. The road ahead is full of hope, but it's also full of hardship. No child should have to fight to breathe and gain weight before they even learn to crawl.
Your participation or donation helps give babies like Margot a fighting chance. It funds critical research, supports early interventions, and ensures families like ours have access to the care, equipment, and hope they so desperately need.
For the tiniest lungs and the biggest dreams.
